KIKUSUI TOS9320 High-Voltage Scanner
The KIKUSUI TOS9320 expands electrical safety test systems by routing high-voltage test output from the main tester to multiple test points without requiring manual reconnection between points.
One TOS9320 provides four switching channels. Each channel can be independently configured as High, Low, or Open, allowing test voltage and return connections to be routed according to the required test point configuration. A contact-check function helps verify connection to the test point before testing.

When connected directly to a compatible TOS9300 Series tester, scanner settings can be controlled by the tester. The rear-panel CONTROLLER INTERFACE also enables external control, allowing the TOS9320 to serve as the switching element in automated systems using other compatible KIKUSUI withstand-voltage and insulation- resistance testers.
Four High-Voltage Switching Channels
One TOS9320 provides four independently configurable channels for routing high-voltage safety-test connections to multiple test points.
High / Low / Open Selection
Each channel can be assigned High, Low, or Open, providing flexible routing of the high-voltage and return sides of the connected safety tester.
Expandable to 16 Channels
Up to four TOS9320 units can be connected to a compatible TOS93-series tester, creating a 16-channel multi-point test system.
Contact Check Function
The scanner can check contact with connected test points, helping detect connection problems before or during automated multi-point testing.
Color-Coded Channel Indication
Front-panel indicators show each channel state: red for High, green for Low, orange during contact checking, and off when the channel is Open.
TOS9300 Series Integration
A dedicated MINI DIN interface connects the scanner to the TOS9300 Series for coordinated scanner control and multi-point electrical safety testing.
External Controller Interface
A rear-panel D-sub 25-pin CONTROLLER INTERFACE allows an external controller to assign channel states independently of direct TOS9300 Series control.
Legacy Tester System Integration
External control enables the TOS9320 to be incorporated with other compatible KIKUSUI withstand-voltage and insulation- resistance testers, including TOS5300 Series configurations.
Rack-Mount Support
KIKUSUI rack-mount brackets are available for integration of the TOS9320 into production and automated safety-test systems.

How the TOS9320 Fits into a Safety Test System
The TOS9320 is a high-voltage switching device. It does not generate the hipot or insulation-resistance test voltage and does not replace the electrical safety tester.

With a TOS9300 Series tester, scanner control can be coordinated through the dedicated scanner interface. For other compatible KIKUSUI withstand-voltage or insulation-resistance testers, the TOS9320 can function as an externally controlled high-voltage switching unit.
