High-Voltage AC/DC Measurement up to 10 kV
The KIKUSUI 149-10A is a high-voltage digital voltmeter designed to measure AC and DC voltages from 0.500 kV to 10.000 kV with high input resistance and dedicated high-voltage test connections.
With an input resistance of 1000 MΩ, the 149-10A minimizes loading when measuring high-impedance high-voltage circuits. It is particularly suited to verification and calibration of the output voltage of withstand-voltage testers and insulation testers.

DC measurement accuracy is specified as ±(0.5% of reading + 0.03% of range).
AC Voltage Measurement
AC measurement accuracy is specified as ±(1% of reading + 0.05% of range). AC measurement uses average-value response with sine-wave RMS calibration.
1000 MΩ Input Resistance
High input resistance helps reduce measurement loading when checking high-voltage circuits and safety-tester outputs.
Large Digital LED Display
A 4½-digit 7-segment LED display provides clear direct indication of the measured voltage.

Verification of High-Voltage Safety Tester Output
The 149-10A is designed to independently measure the high-voltage output generated by withstand-voltage and insulation test equipment.
Connecting the voltmeter to the applicable high-voltage test output allows the actual generated AC or DC voltage to be compared with the value indicated or programmed on the safety tester.
