Programmable Insulation Resistance Testing up to 1000 V DC

The KIKUSUI TOS7200 is a dedicated insulation resistance tester designed for evaluating the insulation performance of electrical and electronic components and equipment.

Test voltage can be programmed from −25 V to −1000 V DC in 1 V steps, while insulation resistance can be measured from 0.01 MΩ to 5000 MΩ within the applicable test-voltage and measurement-current conditions. The tester combines resistance measurement with automatic PASS, UPPER FAIL, and LOWER FAIL judgment for repeatable quality and safety testing.

−25 V to −1000 V DC Programmable insulation test voltage with 1 V resolution
0.01 MΩ to 5000 MΩ Wide insulation resistance measurement range
Window Comparator Automatic PASS / UPPER FAIL / LOWER FAIL judgment
10 Test Conditions Panel memory for repeatable test setups

Programmable test and wait timers, forced discharge after testing, SIGNAL I/O, remote start/stop connections, analog resistance monitoring, and standard RS232C communication make the TOS7200 suitable for both benchtop evaluation and integration into automated inspection systems.

25 V to 1000 V Programmable DC Test Voltage

Negative-polarity DC test voltage can be programmed from −25 V to −1000 V in 1 V steps, with a setting accuracy of ±(1.5% of setting + 2 V).

0.01 MΩ to 5000 MΩ Resistance Measurement

Measures insulation resistance over a broad range, with measurement accuracy specified according to the actual measurement current.

Window Comparator Pass/Fail Judgment

Programmable upper and lower resistance limits provide automatic PASS, UPPER FAIL, and LOWER FAIL judgment with corresponding display, buzzer, and SIGNAL I/O outputs.

Programmable Test and Wait Timers

Test duration can be set from 0.5 s to 999 s or disabled, while a 0.3 s to 10 s judgment wait time allows measurements to stabilize before lower-limit evaluation.

10-Condition Panel Memory

Up to ten test-condition sets can be stored and recalled, including through external control for repeated inspection procedures.

RS232C and SIGNAL I/O for Automation

A standard RS232C interface and rear-panel 25-pin SIGNAL I/O provide remote test control, memory selection, and PASS/FAIL/status signaling for automated inspection systems.
