The KIKUSUI PWR401MH is a compact programmable CV/CC DC power supply designed for applications that require output voltages up to 240 V while maintaining flexible voltage and current combinations within a 400 W output-power envelope.

The PWR401MH provides a rated output of 240 V, 5 A, and 400 W, with maximum settable values of 252 V and 5.25 A. Its wide-range architecture allows the user to select different voltage and current operating points without requiring separate fixed-range DC supplies, provided the total output remains within the unit's rated power capability.

Precision CV/CC Regulation

Constant-voltage setting accuracy is ±(0.05% of setting + 0.05% of rating), with ±26 mV line and load regulation. Constant-current setting accuracy is ±(0.5% of setting + 0.1% of rating).

Built-In 64-Step Sequence

One hardware sequence program with up to 64 steps can be stored in the power supply. Step time ranges from 0.1 seconds to 100 hours, and stored programs can run without a connected PC after programming.

Variable Internal Resistance

In CV mode, the PWR401MH can simulate source internal resistance from 0.01 Ω to 36.00 Ω for evaluating systems using battery, solar-cell, fuel-cell, or other source models.

LAN/LXI, USB, and RS232C

Standard digital interfaces support remote programming and automated testing. LAN supports LXI, VXI-11, SCPI-RAW, and HiSLIP communication.

VMCB Multi-Channel Control

Virtual Multi-Channel Bus technology allows one PC to control up to 31 PWR-01 units through a virtual multi-channel power-system architecture.
