KIKUSUI TOS9311 Multifunctional Safety Analyzer

10 kV Electrical Safety Testing in a Single Analyzer

The KIKUSUI TOS9311 combines high-voltage AC/DC withstand testing and insulation resistance measurement for electrical and electronic devices requiring test voltages up to 10 kV.

AC withstand testing supports output from 0.050 kV to 10.000 kV with a maximum rated load of 500 VA, while DC withstand testing covers 0.100 kV to 10.000 kV with a maximum rated load of 100 W. The insulation resistance function supports both negative-polarity testing from -25 V to -1000 V and positive-polarity testing up to +10 kV.

Adjustable voltage rise and fall timing, programmable test duration, upper and lower pass/fail limits, high-speed failure detection, and real-time measurement display support both engineering evaluation and repeatable production safety testing.

10 kV AC Withstand Testing

AC hipot output is programmable from 0.050 kV to 10.000 kV with 1 V setting resolution, a maximum rated current of 50 mA, and a 500 VA transformer rating.

10 kV DC Withstand Testing

DC withstand voltage is programmable from 0.100 kV to 10.000 kV with a maximum rated load of 100 W, including 5 kV / 20 mA and 10 kV / 10 mA operating points.

High-Voltage Insulation Resistance Testing

Insulation resistance measurement covers 0.001 MΩ to 100.0 GΩ with test-voltage capability from -25 V to -1000 V and from +50 V to +10 kV.

Five-Level Failure Detection Response

During AC and DC withstand testing, the current-detection response used for upper-limit failure judgment can be selected from five sensitivity levels for faster detection of breakdown conditions.

Programmable Voltage Ramp

Voltage rise time can be programmed from 0.1 s to 200.0 s. AC/DC withstand testing also provides programmable fall time, allowing controlled application and removal of high test voltage.

Programmable Test Time and Judgment

Test time can be set from 0.1 s to 1000.0 s or disabled, with configurable upper and lower judgment limits for automated pass/fail determination.

High-Resolution Voltage and Current Measurement

The withstand-voltage section measures up to 10.500 kV with 0.1 V resolution, while AC and DC test-current ranges extend to 55 mA and 22 mA respectively.

Insulation Resistance Offset Cancellation

The IR measurement function can cancel unwanted insulation resistance attributable to output cables and related test-system components, improving repeatability in high-resistance measurements.

Standard Network and PC Connectivity

LAN, USB, and RS232C interfaces are standard for integration with remote-control and automated electrical safety test environments.

7-Inch Color LCD

The front-panel color LCD provides real-time test measurements and test-condition information for clear monitoring during safety testing.

Test Control and Automation

The TOS9311 combines programmable test conditions, pass/fail judgment, and standard digital interfaces for repeatable high-voltage electrical safety testing.
