Integrated Automatic Testing for Multi-Lead Coil Products
The ECG KOKUSAI WTX-type II is an integrated winding test system for automating multiple electrical inspections of coils and winding products using a DWX impulse winding tester as the central controller.
The system coordinates the WTX switching unit with compatible resistance meters and withstand-voltage / insulation-resistance testers, allowing multiple electrical tests to be performed through an automated test sequence.

External control and system integration
Hi and Lo connection polarity can be configured independently for each test step, providing flexible switching for multi-terminal coils. The system also includes an interlock function for automated test operation.
Test data can be acquired by connecting a PC or PLC, while condition data can be registered for up to 99 product configurations, including 50 stored on Compact Flash media.

Integrated Multi-Test Automation
Uses a DWX impulse winding tester as the controller to coordinate the WTX switching unit, resistance meter, and withstand-voltage / insulation-resistance test equipment.
Up to 6 Test Leads
Six test cables support winding products with up to six lead wires, extending the range of multi-terminal coils that can be tested.
18-Step Test Sequences
Supports up to 18 test steps, with up to six steps allocated to each supported test section.
Flexible Hi / Lo Switching
Hi and Lo connection polarity can be configured independently at each step for flexible multi-terminal test-circuit setup.
Impulse Winding Test Integration
Supports compatible DWX impulse winding testers including DWX-01A and DWX-05A / DWX-05PD for master-waveform comparison testing.
DC Resistance Test Integration
Supports manufacturer-specified compatible resistance meters with RS-232C control for automated DC resistance testing.
Withstand and Insulation Test Integration
Compatible withstand-voltage and insulation-resistance testers can be controlled through RS-232C or external I/O depending on the instrument configuration.
PC / PLC Data Acquisition
Connection to a PC or PLC allows measurement data to be acquired as part of the automated winding-test workflow.
