All-in-One Testing for Coils and Winding Products

The ECG KOKUSAI WTS-05 is an integrated coil winding test system that combines four essential electrical tests in a single platform.

The WTS-05 performs impulse testing, DC resistance measurement, AC withstand-voltage testing, and insulation-resistance testing without requiring separate standalone testers for each measurement.

The built-in 10-channel switching circuit allows the Hi and Lo connection polarity to be selected independently for each test step, supporting automated testing of multi-terminal winding products.

Optional and expandable functions include impulse partial-discharge testing using a PD sensor, inductance measurement with specified external instruments, and rotational-direction testing with compatible equipment.

Combines impulse testing, DC resistance measurement, AC withstand-voltage testing, and insulation-resistance testing in one unit.

10-Channel Circuit Switching

Built-in 10-channel switching allows Hi and Lo polarity to be configured independently for each test step.

Up to 100 Test Steps

Supports test sequences of up to 100 steps for automated inspection of multi-terminal winding products.

0.5 kV to 5.0 kV Impulse Testing

Provides impulse test voltage from 0.5 kV to 5.0 kV in 0.1 kV steps at the manufacturer-specified 1 kΩ resistive load.

DC Resistance Measurement

Multiple resistance ranges support measurements from 1.000 mΩ to 350.00 Ω together with temperature measurement.

AC Withstand-Voltage Testing

Supports AC withstand testing from 0.2 kV to 5.0 kV at 50 or 60 Hz with a rated output capacity of 100 VA.

Insulation Resistance Testing

Provides selectable DC test voltages from 25 V to 1,000 V and an insulation-resistance measurement range up to 9,990 MΩ.

Expandable Test Capability

Supports optional impulse partial-discharge testing and integration with specified instruments for inductance and rotational-direction testing.
