Automated Multi-Test Inspection for Armature Coils

The ECG KOKUSAI Armature Coil Test System is a custom-configured automatic inspection system for integrating multiple electrical and functional tests used in armature coil production and quality control.

Individual test instruments can be centrally controlled so multiple inspections are performed automatically in sequence. Manual circuit switching is also supported when an individual test or diagnostic measurement is required.

Multi-Test Integration Combines electrical and functional armature inspections
Automatic Control Centralized operation of multiple test instruments
Custom Switching Designed around required tests and circuit count
CSV Test Records Supports centralized result and waveform management

In a PC-controlled configuration, test operation, judgment criteria, individual inspections, result review, and data management can be handled from a centralized interface. Test results can be saved as CSV files, while impulse waveforms can also be retained as image files.

Measurement instruments, test fixtures, switching circuits, control architecture, and inspection functions are selected according to the armature coil, required test items, and production process.

Integrated Automatic Testing

Multiple measurement instruments can be centrally controlled to execute a complete armature coil inspection sequence automatically.

Manual Individual Testing

Test circuits can also be switched manually, allowing individual measurements and troubleshooting when required.

PC-Based Central Control

PC-controlled configurations support test operation, judgment-criteria registration, system settings, result review, and data management from one interface.

Custom Measurement Integration

Measurement equipment is selected according to the required inspection items, and customer-specified instruments can also be considered for system integration.

Application-Specific Switching Unit

Switching circuitry is designed around the required tests and number of circuits, with support for high-voltage safety measures and 4-terminal measurement.

Production Test Data Management

Test results can be stored as CSV data, and impulse waveform images can be retained for inspection records and further analysis.

Process Management Options

Optional functions include worker and model identification, barcode input, temperature measurement, process-data management, and automatic report or label output.

Custom Test Fixture Integration

The test station can be designed around the workpiece geometry to improve handling, repeatability, and test safety.

System configuration is application-specific. Measurement equipment, switching circuits, control architecture, fixtures, and available test functions are determined according to the required armature coil inspection process.
