High-Resolution Impulse Winding Testing

The ECG KOKUSAI DWIT-05 is a new-generation impulse winding tester designed for nondestructive inspection of coils and wound components.

It applies an impulse voltage to a reference winding and the winding under test, then compares the resulting transient waveforms to evaluate winding condition and insulation-related differences.

In addition to conventional waveform-area and difference-area evaluation, the DWIT-05 provides measurement and judgment functions including peak-voltage stability, resonant frequency, and logarithmic decrement.A 10.1-inch WXGA color touch display, built-in data management, Ethernet, RS-232C, USB, and external control interfaces support both laboratory evaluation and production inspection workflows.

12-Bit / Maximum 300 MHz Waveform Acquisition

High-resolution 12-bit ADC circuitry with sampling up to 300 MHz enables detailed capture and evaluation of impulse-response waveforms.

Up to 16,384 Sampling Points

Selectable sampling data up to 16,384 points provides detailed waveform acquisition and allows waveform enlargement after testing.

5 µH to 1 H Inductance Range

Supports winding and coil testing across an inductance range from 5 µH to 1 H.

1 V Applied-Voltage Setting

Provides an applied-voltage range of 100 V to 5,000 V with 1 V setting steps for precise test-condition configuration.

Advanced Waveform Judgment

Supports Area, Differential Area, Flutter, and Laplacian evaluation together with peak-voltage stability, resonant-frequency, and logarithmic-decrement judgment.

Database-Based Test Management

Stores master waveforms, judgment conditions, test waveforms, and judgment values in the built-in database. Test data can also be reviewed remotely using compatible SQL client software.

10.1-Inch Touch Display

A 10.1-inch color TFT LCD with 1280 × 800 WXGA resolution provides touch-panel operation and detailed waveform viewing.

Flexible External Connectivity

Supports RS-232C, Ethernet, USB, external control I/O, trigger output, SD and SDHC storage for integration with test and inspection workflows.
