Micro Torque Dynamometer for Compact DC Motors

The Sugawara PC-MMA1 measures speed-torque characteristics and output power of compact DC motors with startup torque of 1 mN·m or less.

Torque is calculated from the relative rotational-speed difference between the motor under test and the magnetic-field generator. Measurements are supported from 30,000 r/min to the stopped state.

Compact DC Motor Measurement

Measures speed-torque characteristics and output power of compact DC motors with startup torque of 1 mN·m or less.

Up to 30,000 r/min

Supports stable measurement from 30,000 r/min to the stopped state.

Relative-Speed Torque Measurement

Calculates torque from the relative RPM difference between the motor and the magnetic-field generator.

Precise Axle Matching

The manufacturer lists precise axle matching as a primary advantage.

Automatic and Manual Modes

Supports automatic and manual measurement modes.

Optional Voltage and Current Measurement

Adding the EVA-1 voltage/current measurement component enables voltage and current measurement.
