High-Definition Ceramic 3D Printing for R&D and Microfabrication
The SHASHIN KAGAKU SZ-1100 is a high-definition laser-type ceramic 3D printer designed for research and development and high-mix low-volume production.
A laser spot diameter adjustable from 15 to 80 µm supports fine ceramic structures, while a telecentric fθ lens is used in the optical system to enable stable microfabrication.
15 µm Minimum
Ultra-fine minimum laser spot diameter
100 × 100 × 50 mm
3D printing area for R&D applications
10–200 µm Layers
Wide selectable layer pitch range
250 mW Output
Variable laser output
The combination of fine laser control and adjustable output makes the SZ-1100 suitable for high-definition ceramic structures, prototype development, and applications involving multiple materials and small production quantities.
