Automated Multi-Test Inspection for Stator Coils

The ECG KOKUSAI Stator Coil Test System is a custom-configured automatic inspection system that integrates multiple electrical and functional tests for stator coil production and quality control.

Individual test instruments are centrally controlled so multiple inspections can be performed automatically in sequence. The system can also switch test circuits manually when individual measurements or diagnostic checks are required.

Multi-Test Integration Combines multiple coil inspection functions
PC-Controlled Centralized test setup, operation, and data management
Custom Switching Configured for the required circuits and test items
CSV Test Data Measurement results can be stored for traceability

A PC-controlled configuration allows operators to register judgment criteria, execute individual or automatic tests, review results, and manage test records from a centralized screen. Impulse waveform images can also be stored for further review.

Measurement equipment, switching circuitry, control method, test fixture, and system configuration are selected according to the stator coil, required inspection items, production process, and customer requirements.

Integrated Automatic Testing

Multiple test instruments can be centrally controlled to perform a complete stator coil inspection sequence automatically.

Manual Individual Testing

Test circuits can also be switched manually, allowing individual measurements and diagnostic inspections when required.

PC-Based Central Control

PC control supports test operation, judgment-criteria registration, individual testing, system settings, and test-data management from one interface.

Custom Measurement Integration

Measurement instruments are selected according to the required test items. Customers may also specify preferred equipment for integration.

Custom Switching Unit

Switching circuitry is designed for the required test items and number of circuits, with consideration for high-voltage safety and 4-terminal measurement.

Production Test Data Management

Test results can be stored as CSV data, while impulse waveforms can be retained as bitmap images for inspection records and analysis.

Process and Identification Options

Optional functions can include worker and model identification, barcode input, process-data management, temperature measurement, and reporting workflows.

Application-Specific Test Fixtures

The inspection station can be designed around the workpiece geometry to improve production usability and test safety.

System configuration is application-specific. Measurement instruments, switching circuits, control architecture, test fixtures, and available functions are selected according to the required stator coil inspection process.
