Comprehensive Partial Discharge and Insulation Evaluation for Motor Coils

The ECG KOKUSAI PD ONE is a motor coil partial discharge and insulation evaluation system designed for industrial motors, EV/HEV motors, and other multi-terminal winding applications.

PD ONE combines AC partial discharge testing, impulse partial discharge testing, AC withstand-voltage evaluation, and flexible test-circuit switching in a single PC-controlled system.

A microwave patch antenna detects electromagnetic activity associated with partial discharge. Both AC and impulse test sections support PDIV and PDEV evaluation together with discharge-level and occurrence-probability judgment.

The built-in 6-channel switching section allows Hi, Low, and GND connections to be configured between phases, turns, and ground. Test conditions, judgment results, numerical data, and waveform images can be managed from the connected PC.

AC and Impulse Partial Discharge Testing

Combines AC and impulse partial-discharge evaluation within one motor-coil insulation test system.

Automatic PDIV / PDEV Evaluation

Both AC and impulse partial-discharge sections support evaluation of partial discharge inception voltage (PDIV) and extinction voltage (PDEV).

Microwave Partial Discharge Detection

A microwave patch antenna detects electromagnetic signals associated with partial discharge in the test winding.

6-Channel Test-Circuit Switching

Hi and Low connections for six terminals plus GND can be configured to support phase-to-phase, turn, and ground-related test circuits.

5,000 Vrms AC Test Capability

The AC partial-discharge section provides test voltage up to 5,000 Vrms with a rated capacity of 500 VA.

500 V to 5,000 V Impulse Testing

The impulse partial-discharge section provides a 500 V to 5,000 V test range in 100 V steps.

Discharge-Level Evaluation

Supports discharge-level and occurrence-probability judgment in addition to PDIV and PDEV measurement.

PC-Based Test Management

Test conditions can be created and stored on a PC, with judgment results, numerical data, and waveform images available for recordkeeping.
