Analyzer and Sensor Calibration Using Actual Anderon and Waviness Vibration

The Sugawara ADC-105 / VVU-105 Anderon Vibration Generator is a calibration system designed to verify both the analyzer and vibration sensor used in Anderon Meter and Waviness Meter bearing inspection systems.

The ADC-105 generates the specified Anderon or waviness measurement conditions while the VVU-105 produces corresponding physical vibration at its vibration surface. By placing the connected sensor on this surface, the complete measurement chain—from sensor detection through analyzer processing and display—can be checked at the same time.
Analyzer + SensorCalibrates the complete vibration measurement chain in one process
50 Hz–10 kHzPhysical vibration generation across the bearing inspection frequency range
0.3 μmMaximum vibration amplitude generated by the VVU-105
PLAYER ModeReproduces previously recorded bearing vibration as actual physical vibration
Measurement data recorded by ADA-105 or SWA-105 analyzers can also be loaded from USB memory and reproduced as actual vibration. This allows known bearing vibration signatures to be transferred, reproduced, and used for measurement-system verification without requiring the original sample bearing.

Analyzer and Sensor Calibration

Verifies the complete bearing vibration measurement chain by calibrating both the analyzer and connected vibration sensor at the same time.

Physical Vibration Generation

VVU-105 generates actual vibration corresponding to configured Anderon and waviness measurement values.

50 Hz–10 kHz Frequency Range

Covers the frequency range required for calibration of Sugawara bearing vibration and waviness measurement systems.

Anderon and Waviness Units

Supports multiple vibration and waviness units used throughout Sugawara bearing inspection equipment.

PLAYER Mode

Reproduces vibration measurement data previously saved by ADA-105 or SWA-105 analyzers as real mechanical vibration.

USB Data Transfer

Stored bearing vibration data can be transferred using USB memory without transporting the original measurement sample.

7-Inch Touchscreen

Calibration conditions and output values are configured using the integrated color LCD touch interface.

Calibration Principle

The ADC-105 generates the selected Anderon or waviness conditions and drives the VVU-105 vibration surface accordingly. The sensor connected to the analyzer detects this actual vibration. If the analyzer displays the value configured on the ADC-105 correctly, both the sensor and analyzer measurement chain can be confirmed as operating normally.
