Single-cell Test System (Low Pressure)
The E500 Series Single-cell Test System is an accurate and reliable low-pressure platform for PEM, ALK, and AEM electrolyzer single-cell and material-level testing up to 500 W. The system integrates circulation, N₂ purging, pressure regulation, gas-water separation, gas analysis preprocessing, PLC control, HMI, and safety monitoring. With proprietary software, it supports polarization curves, electrochemical tests, durability testing, and hydrogen efficiency and quality evaluation.- In line with the testing requirements for electrolyzer proposed by EU JRC.
- Wide-range and high-accuracy control and monitoring: water flow (1%F.S.), temperature(±1'C), electrical conductivity(≤0.5μS/cm), gas flow (1%F.S.)
- Gas cooling/drying/filtering, online flow measurement of high accuracy (dew point temperature ≤-40°), and online rapid sampling and analysis.
- Hardware protections: hydrogen leakage, temperature abnormality, manual emergency stop, emergency venting H2 in O2 concentration, and independent safety unit
- Sensitivity, performance (polarization curve, power curve), and durability test
- Simultaneous data logging with 8 loggers, multi-axis graphics, real-time tracking cursor (in curves only) and customizable script
