This product is a USB 2.0-compliant terminal that expands a PC's digital signal input/output capabilities. To ensure reliable operation, it includes protection circuits for the output transistors, such as surge voltage and overcurrent protection. • Opto-Coupler Isolated I/O: The device features 8 opto-coupler isolated inputs (current sink output) and 8 opto-coupler isolated open-collector outputs (current sink type) with a response time of 300μsec. Each set of 8 channels has a common terminal, allowing support for different external power supplies, with input/output driver voltages of 12-24VDC. • USB 2.0/1.1 Compatibility: It is compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1, enabling high-speed data transfer of up to 480 Mbps without requiring an external power source, as it utilizes bus power from the USB connection. • Opto-Coupler Bus Isolation: The product isolates the USB (PC) connection from the input/output interfaces using opto-couplers, significantly improving noise resistance and enhancing reliability. • Surge and Overcurrent Protection: Surge voltage protection is provided via Zener diodes, while the output circuits feature overcurrent protection.
