Handheld Optical Power Measurement for Production and R&D
The ADCMT 8230E combines portable optical power measurement with USB data acquisition for the development and production testing of laser diodes, optical pickups, and optical drives.
The meter supports four interchangeable optical sensors covering general-purpose and high-power measurement. Thin sensors fit optical pickups and confined measurement locations, while cylindrical sensors support built-in systems, optical benches, and optical-fiber measurement.
General-purpose 82311B and 82321B sensors cover wavelengths from 390 to 1100 nm with a standard calibration wavelength of 780 nm. High-power 82313B and 82323B sensors cover the same wavelength range and measure optical power up to 200 mW with a standard calibration wavelength of 650 nm.
Automatic wavelength sensitivity correction is available in 1 nm steps. Eight measurement ranges can be selected automatically, manually, or remotely, and the meter provides both USB and analog outputs for production and laboratory systems.
