High-Speed Digital Multimeters with Variable Integration

The ADCMT 7461A, 7461P, and 7451A combine high-speed sampling, variable integration, trigger functions, and two-channel DC voltage capability for waveform capture, data logging, and precision electrical measurement.

The 7461A and 7461P provide 6½-digit resolution and sampling rates up to 20,000 readings per second. The 7451A provides 5½-digit resolution with sampling rates up to 5,000 readings per second.

Up to 20,000 rdgs/s High-speed internal memory sampling
10 μs to 10 s Variable integration on 7461A and 7461P
1 nA Resolution Low-current measurement on 7461A and 7461P
Two-Channel DCV Additional fixed 10 V DC voltage input

Variable analog integration supports accurate average measurement of pulsed voltage and current signals. Level, delta, pre-trigger, and external trigger functions help capture signal changes and events at defined measurement timing.

All three models include low-power resistance measurement and standard USB and GPIB interfaces. The 7461P adds Pt100 and JPt100 temperature measurement with resolution down to 0.001°C.

High-Speed Sampling

Capture up to 20,000 readings per second with the 7461A and 7461P or up to 5,000 readings per second with the 7451A.

Variable Integration Time

Set integration time from 10 μs to 10 s on the 7461A and 7461P or from 100 μs to 10 s on the 7451A.

Advanced Trigger Functions

Level, delta, pre-trigger, and external trigger functions support waveform capture and event-based measurement.

Low-Power Resistance Measurement

Two-wire and four-wire low-power resistance modes reduce measurement-current heating in thermistors and other sensitive components.

Two-Channel DC Voltage Capability

A fixed 10 V Channel B input supports sequential two-channel DC voltage measurement or combined voltage and current measurement.

Precision Temperature Measurement

The 7461P supports Pt100 and JPt100 sensors with temperature resolution down to 0.001°C.
