0.85 mm Ultra-Thin Endoscope for Extremely Small Inspection Areas

The Shodensha MIVS-08505TP is an ultra-thin industrial endoscope featuring a 0.85 mm probe for visual inspection inside extremely small holes, narrow spaces, and miniature components.

The MIVS-08505TP is available with two focus specifications to match the inspection distance: a close-range type with an observation depth of 0.5 to 3 mm, and a standard type covering 3 to 70 mm. The 160,000-pixel camera and 120° field of view support clear internal observation across a range of inspection conditions.

Fiber-optic illumination provides strong light and natural white illumination at the probe tip. The system also features a 6-inch touchscreen, detachable probe design, still-image and video recording, and HDMI output for sharing inspection images on an external display.

0.85 mm Ultra-Thin Probe

The 0.85 mm probe enables internal observation through extremely small holes and confined spaces that are difficult to access with conventional industrial endoscopes.

Two Focus Configurations

Select either a close-range focus specification of 0.5 to 3 mm or a standard focus specification of 3 to 70 mm depending on the inspection distance.
