Combined Environmental Reliability test system (Temperature/Humidity-vibration)
A combined environmental reliability test system is designed for performing vibration tests under specified temperature and humidity conditions. The combined reliability tests have been performed to evaluate the reliability of equipment from the early days in the field of aerospace industry. But in recent years, electronic devices such as semiconductors have rapidly advanced in technology, and complex materials made of plastic are used in the automobile industry. The combined reliability test today becomes indispensable to assure product reliability. Until now, temperature, humidity, and vibration these three tests have been done separately. However, EMIC's combined environmental reliability test system enables simultaneous performance. Therefore, the required test time can be reduced drastically, and the reliability of a test unit can be checked under more severe combined environmental conditions than conventional test methods. ※The vibration controller is mounted in the console rack.
